Booking Conditions Payment: By clicking the SEND button below on this online form, you acknowledge liability for the charges recorded electronically on this form and understand that fluctuations in international exchange rates will effect the total amount debited from your account if your account is held outside Australia. Full payment is required for all bookings at the time of booking. Cancellations: - If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arival - you are liable to pay 20% of the booking cost, if you have already paid us for the booking, we will provide a refund less the 20% due. - If you cancel 15 to 30 days prior to arival - you are liable to pay 50% of the booking cost, if you have already paid us for the booking, we will provide a refund less the 50% due. - If you cancel 15 days or less prior to arival - you are liable to pay 100% of the booking cost. - If you have not paid for the booking and cancel, you agree to pay an amount based on the above cancelation fees. - if you have provided you credit card as security over the booking and cancel the booking, you agree that we process your credit card based on the above cancelation fees.
