Cygnets at Auburn is a beautifully restored general store situated in the historic village of Auburn, the gateway to the Clare Valley region. Built about 1860, partly demolished in 1982, it was restored to become Tateham’s Restaurant & Rooms. Bought by the owner of Swans at Mintaro, Marjorie Gosse, in October 2006, and renamed Cygnets at Auburn
